What offers Schouw Informatisering?
Actually introduction track
Every new employee goes on a actually introduction track in the first half year. In this introduction track is pointed out which trainings will be followed and which certificates need to be acquired. Besides that Schouw Informatisering supports her employees with the development of their skills and behavior competencies.
Personal coach
- At Schouw Informatisering every new employee gets his or her own personal coach, who is giving educational counseling on-the-job;
- All employees get the opportunity to draw up an Personal Development Plan, on which the coach will counsel.
Professional colleagues with passion for Food & Beverage
- At Schouw Informatisering the most employees have a Bachelor/Master degree with a background in Business Administration, Logistics, Financial Management or Information Science;
- Schouw employees have a passion for Food & Beverage. During their carriers they have developed an experience within the Food & Beverage market or have an agricultural background.
Working in small teams
- Project Leaders, Consultants and Software Developers working together in small teams with a maximum of 18 persons. All the teams serve a solid customer group within a specific branch of the Food & Beverage market.
What makes our organization unique?
Market leadership and internationalization
- Schouw Informatisering is a young organization (founded in 1998) which made a quick expansion. Within the Dutch Food & Beverage market Schouw Informatisering has developed a market leader position;
- Schouw is internationalizing. The first foreign location was founded in 2006 in Belgium. Other European countries will follow soon.
European Research Centre (ERC)
- Schouw invests a lot in knowledge development, -sharing and -safetying within the organization. From the ERC (European Research Centre) a lot of activities are coordinated;
- Within the ERC are working several Consultants and Software Developers who are completely focused on the development on our own branch specific solution: SI Foodware®;
- At the ERC is a knowledge coordinator responsible for the sharing and safetying of the knowledge within the organization. It is not only about the technical knowledge, but also about the branch specific knowledge.
