Schouw Informatisering takes over clients of bankrupt LIMO Automatisering:

‘Continuity and support of the current software solution are the main motives'

Etten-Leur, 6 December 2005 - As from 1 December 2005 Schouw Informatisering has taken over the 52 clients of the bankrupt LIMO Automatisering BV from Waddinxveen in the Netherlands. John Schouw, director of Schouw Informatisering, considers that companies who have chosen a Microsoft Business Solutions ERP application should be able to rely on the continuity of the application and safeguard the investment they have made. With the acquisition this customer group is guaranteed continuity and support and professional assistance for any further development of their business application.

Continuity of the software solution has priority
Microsoft certified partner LIMO Automatisering petitioned for bankruptcy in October 2005. The acquisition described here has the full support of the receiver of LIMO Automatisering. In the meantime the receiver has informed all LIMO Automatisering clients about the take-over of the customer base by Schouw Informatisering. In the short-term Schouw will contact the companies involved to discuss with them the best way to provide support. In other words, this means that clients let down by LIMO can count on the continuity of their current solution and be guaranteed of support from a stable and reliable partner. Furthermore they can benefit from Schouw's extensive knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the implementation techniques used by Schouw Informatisering.

Stable ERP partner
Schouw Informatisering was established seven years ago and has been awarded the highest possible partner certification: Microsoft Gold Certified Business Solutions Partner. With more than 130 clients and an annual growth in turnover of more than 30%, Schouw Informatisering is a stable and reliable partner active in the Dutch ERP market. Schouw Informatisering concentrates mainly on mid-market and large companies from many sectors, including the food industry. Earlier this year Schouw Informatisering took over Building IT in Boxmeer, the Netherlands, and Schouw therefore expects to achieve a turnover of about 10 million euros this year. At the moment Schouw Informatisering has a staff of 70 employees. Schouw Informatisering has branches in Etten-Leur and in Boxmeer.
