Spanish partner ensures quick start
Málaga, 18 November 2010 - Infored ST, a consultant firm with a focus on Enterprise Management Solutions (ERP / CRM / SCM) based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the Food Sector, has reached an agreement with the company Industrias Cárnicas De Benaoján (Icarben) for the implementation of SI Foodware and the update of their installation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to the 2009 version supported by Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Windows Server 2008.
Icarben is a family business with a long tradition of producing quality sausages and pig meat products. It is located in the region of the Serranía de Ronda, benefiting from the excellent weather conditions for the cure of their products. Icarben has a total of 35.000 square meters of which 6.000 is allocated to the pig slaughterhouse with a slaughter capacity of 160 pigs per hour, a sheep and goat slaughterhouse and a sausage factory with an actual production of 75 tonnes per month, cutting for its own production as well as for its clients.
SI Foodware is a standard and integrated solution, Certified for Microsoft Dynamics NAV, incorporating all the necessary functionalities that are required by companies both in manufacturing as well as distribution environments. All the food specific functionalities of SI Foodware are organized within the standard modules of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, for each of the Business Management areas: Finance, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing, Warehouse and Manufacturing.
Microsoft Dynamics is a suite of solutions, including Financial, CRM and Supply Chain Management functionalities that help businesses to work more effectively. The solution is delivered through a network of partners, providing specialized services to create adaptable and integrated business management solutions to streamline processes across the organisation.
The project will be developed in two phases and aims to automate all processes of company management in an integrated manner, with a standard solution, prepared to address current and future.
