ERP for the food industry - 30-day free trial
Click Try Explore Dynamics NAV and SI Foodware from Schouw Informatisering
Etten-Leur, 21 juni 2010 - Microsoft is launching the Click Try Explore campaign, otherwise known as the 30-day free trial of Microsoft Dynamics® ERP in your sector. Schouw Informatisering offers Dynamics NAV combined with SI Foodware®, specifically for the food and beverage industry.
Schouw Informatisering is offering the opportunity to try out the company-wide ERP solution for the food and beverage industry for 30 days free of charge. After registering, you will receive the login codes that will give you 30 days access to the Dynamics NAV and SI Foodware database. Go to http://www.schouw.org/paginas/156-spotlight/164-food-amp-beverage-demo.html to register.
Click Try Explore
Microsoft has called the campaign ‘Click Try Explore’ because the user can click their way through the database, try out the solution and in this way can find out whether it is a suitable solution for their own organisation. Besides access to the application, Schouw Informatisering is also offering a manual to guide the user through the system step by step. Click Try Explore gives the user an idea of the look & feel of Dynamics NAV and SI Foodware, a solution created specifically for the food and beverage industry. Experimenting in this way with the software can give users a visual idea about the system but it doesn’t answer the question as to whether the solution will meet all the demands and requirements the user has. Schouw Informatisering is therefore offering a demo tailored to the specific situation of the food and beverage company interested. This demo will be given by one of Schouw Informatisering’s lead consultants, an expert in ERP for the food and beverage industry.
SI Foodware
SI Foodware is the add-on based on Dynamics NAV, and which has been given the ‘Certified for Microsoft Dynamics’ mark of quality. SI Foodware fulfils the requirements set by the General Food Law and meets all demands and requirements that currently apply in the food and beverage industry. Schouw Informatisering’s R&D department is constantly investigating technical and sector-specific trends and developments. And this means that SI Foodware is continually being developed and it will therefore continue to meet the demands and requirements of the food industry in the future. Currently SI Foodware is available in eight European countries.
Knowledge centre
With their many years’ experience in the food and beverage industry, Schouw Informatisering’s consultants can recognise the characteristics of a food and beverage company quickly. The consultants continue to develop their own knowledge because Schouw Informatisering works together with other leading organisations such as Capgemini and Wageningen UR (University & Research centre). Furthermore, Schouw Informatisering’s network of knowledge and experience is expanding all the time, and it now forms a knowledge centre for the food and beverage industry. The number of clients, consultants, sector experts and resellers also continues to grow, so that the knowledge and experience of the food and beverage industry likewise continues to grow.
