Schouw Informatisering starts SI Trainee Programme
Ambitious training program for ambitious people
Next week, the SI Trainee Programme of Schouw Informatisering kicks off with 5 participants. Three of these participants have finished their graduation periods at Schouw Informatisering and do already know the company. They and the two new colleagues are enthusiastic and motivated to start next week.
Through the SI Trainee Programme of Schouw Informatisering, the participants are trained to become ERP Consultant. In this function, they will advice customers in the food and beverage industry regarding the management and setup of company processes. They indicate what the possibilities are within the ERP solution and will create a functional design for its setup.
Ambitious people
Schouw Informatisering is looking to extend the current team with young ambitious people. By running the SI Trainee Programme, Schouw Informatisering educates the participants to become a full-fledged ERP Consultant. The advantage for the participants is that they can achieve valuable diploma’s and certificates from both Microsoft and Schouw Informatisering. Besides, after successfully participating in the SI Trainee Program, the participants will have a guaranteed job at a nice international operating company, specialized in the food and beverage industry.
Gaining knowledge, skills and experience
In total, the programme takes half a year and consists of gaining knowledge, skills and actual project experience. The knowledge consists of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SI Foodware, Project methodologies, knowledge of the food and beverage industry and all functional company processes. Besides this knowledge, participants are gaining many consultancy and presentation skills. In order to gain actual project experience, the participants will work at various departments, will visit companies and will work along within actual projects.
